- Direct adult choir, collaborating with pianist in rehearsal and presentation of music, utilizing music from a broad range of musical styles
- Plan with the Pastors appropriate hymns and choose appropriate anthems, following the theme of each worship service and special program.
- Organize and supervise recruitment of members for the adult choir.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of church music library, presenting annual budget requests and purchasing within that budget.
- Arrange for special music when the choir is not performing.
- Serve as resource person for the Director of Christian Education, handbell director and children’s choir directors.
- Recruit instrumentalist to perform as soloists, ensembles and accompaniments to both choral and congregational singing, purchasing or arranging music as needed.

- Member of flute section 1995 to present. Section leader for most of those years. Create rotation schedule for section each summer.
- Music Librarian 2000 – 2020. Computerized music library including performance records, retrieve, distribute and collect music each season, inventorying any missing parts and attempting to replace parts as needed, provide music list for folder sorting purposes to simplify collection.
- Assistant Director 2004 – 2009. Responsibilities included conducting at least one piece each concert, maintaining attendance records, listening to auditions, communicating with the band membership via e-mail, and calculating payments to each musician.
- Waukegan Band Foundation Board Member 2010 – 2018. Assisted in transition from employees of the City of Waukegan to a non-profit independent concert band. Member of search committee for current conductor.
- Personnel Manager 2011 – 2013. Maintain e-mail list of current and past musicians, contact musicians at the start of each season to determine retention rate, recruit new band members, schedule and listen to auditions, compile audition results and with conductor select new musicians and contact both accepted and declined musicians, maintain attendance records and locate substitute players as needed, communicate policies and information via e-mail, inform conductor of personnel and band manager of chair and stand requirements for each concert.

- Auditioned each year for re-admittance to soprano section.
- Attended rehearsals in Libertyville, Kenosha, Milwaukee and Mequon.
- Performed repertoire in several languages and styles at venues in Illinois, Wisconsin and Ireland.

- Auditioned and performed as piccolo and third chair flutist.

- Performed in Italy in conjunction with Bel Canto Chorus
